For beautiful health looking long hair it is important to cut it once every couple of months. The ends of long hair have been styled and coloured so many times that they get dry and frizzy. Visiting your stylist every other month to cut a half an inch off will not affect the length of your hair as it grows more than that within that time. Waiting longer than that between your cuts you will notice more and longer split ends which will lead to cutting off more of your hair.
